T-minus one month....until I'm gloriously alone for 6 weeks!
First off, I cannot believe that its almost May 1... its almost time to put up the dadgum Christmas tree....
My H and boys leave around June 1 for a six week camping adventure to Colorado, Yellowstone, Alaska and Rushmore etc. I'll fly to Alaska and meet them for two weeks but holy heck, I can't wait to not have to take anyone to school, make anyone dinner, help with homework etc. It's just me and two large puppies!
I've got big plans for these weeks.... exercise every morning before work, pool every afternoon after work... wahoo!

I'm ridiculously, over the moon, excited... and there's a family beach trip in the next three weeks as well to look forward to ... this summer is gonna rock!

No, it goes back in the attic the day after Christmas... but I DO have to fight with my H every Halloween night because he literally wants to put the Christmas tree up that night (and he gets the boys all riled up to do it as well so its 3 against 1). Its embarrassing but then again, I like that he loves the holidays and wants us to all have a good time enjoying the lights and decorations etc. But it still feels just a little bit redneck...
