Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Those who have done C25K
What podcast did you use? Anyone have any suggestions for ones without techno music? I can't stand that stuff.

I actually never used a podcast. Although I enjoy a good techno beat every now and then, I never found a podcast I liked.
If you have the option, I suggest using a treadmill for the first few weeks., If you can't do that then just get yourself a watch with a timer on it. That's what I did and it worked out fine.

Yep I still have it! I wish I could figure out how to put the files online somewhere, all the places I downloaded them from originally seem to have gone under and they're all removed. But Tara if you want me to burn you a cd and mail it, I can do that too, no big deal! It had some Britney Spears, and pop/hip hop from a few years ago and the 90s. I much preferred it to the techno.
Cole - I don't have a smart phone, but Rusty has an iPhone. I am making him do it with me so we could do that.
Yvonne - I would love your CD if it isn't too much of a hassel. I can mail you one to burn it onto. PM me your address! Thanks!
