Please tell me to stop freaking out

I have gone over and over my closet. I feel like nothing I own is up to the caliber of what my cousin and her friends wear. I'm spending the weekend with them.

So far for wine tasting tomorrow I have dark jeans and a black shirt ( long shelved pushed up to about 3/4) a pink and red scarf and hot pink shoes. Pink bracelet and really cool earrings. I think I look okay in it. ( its kind like what I posted about on Wednesday night)

I have a black scoop neck dress with lace for going out if we go out in the evening. And a really dressy dress just in case.

Did I mention I've never done this before and I'm thinking I'm going to look totally stupid.

Someone knock some sense into me please.

  • You are going to look great!

You have your own style and you look pretty in every photo I've seen of you on here. Relax and have a good time!

  • I have friends like that. I'm a huge jeans and t-shirt person so dressing up is a bit out of my comfort zones. But I remind myself that my friends have seen me through thick and thin and love me for me and couldn't care less what I wear. Be comfy, be confident and have an awesome weekend!

I must start off by saying I'm thrilled you went the the bright colored accessory thing like in the photo! I don't know what you look like but I think that outfit sounds just great!

2nd If it helps no one will really care what you're wearing- they'll all be focused on your cousin since she is the bride. So take a deep breath and remind yourself that you look very trendy and fabulous and that no one will probably even notice! Which should then make you mad because you look so great and no one cares!

    Vicious cycle.

It will be just fine. Your outfit sounds just right.

  • Thanks girls. I feel a lot better, thank you.
