oh man, Dev and Ivy, this ain't good!
I still like this show but the random "sing offs" are kind of irritating and I do not give a sh!t about Julia's drama and I fast forward through the scenes with the producer and the bartender, they both gross me out.

Ivy and Dev together make me sick. And how has Karen never mentioned her b/f "is an Indian named Dev" to Ivy and mentioned the name Ivy to Dev over and over? No way those two didnt put two and two together...unless they did and I missed it?

I think they DID put it together. You could see a flicker in their eyes as they introduced themselves to each other. But they are both looking to spite Karen, Ivy because she thinks Karen knew about Derek's transgressions with Rebecca, and Dev because Karen didn't accept his proposal.
So I think it sweetens the deal for Dev that he would be sleeping with Karen's arch-enemy, and it sweetens the deal for Ivy that he would sleep with Karen's boyfriend.
AGREED!!!!!
This. I think they did put it together. This should make things interesting.
I'm also not sure how well Julia and Michael Swift working together is going to go. I find it a little hard to believe that all of a sudden her husband and son would be completely ok with her working around him.
I also hate the random sing offs.
Yes and they are both total d-bags. Poor Karen has been nothing but nice albeit naive.
I also knew that it was coming with RJ but was surprised when he didn't go for it. Why would he think that Karen would want to marry him after he confessed that? Yikes.
Agreed on Eileen and the bartender. I'm so disappointed in Eileen. She's pathetic and It is so sad. Can't there be 1 strong woman on this show who isn't lame?
Sounds like you almost altogether hate the show, lol.
Why is she pathetic? I'll say I think she went to some ridiculous lengths to secure investors for the show, but all of that was done so that she can prove to the world that she can do this without her ex-husband. She's scared of failing, but I don't think that's pathetic at all - that's the life of theater, things fail all the time. What are you seeing that I'm not? I'm legitimately curious. I really like Eileen thus far.
Yeah, they totally did. As soon as he said his name, Ivy got that "game on" look about her. This whole shiz makes me sad - I was rooting for Karen and Dev, but Dev has become such a tool about supporting Karen in her career. And now the cheating business seals the deal on his masochistic-male-suckage label. And I've always tried to like Ivy, too...I know they paint her as sort of evil and backstabbing, but she always somehow shined through as genuine. But for her, too, this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Poor, naive Karen.
