Has anyone seen The 5-year Engagement? (no spoilers please)
Did you like it/would you recommend seeing it?
I have been wanting to see it but a friend of mine when to see it and she said it was so horrible she walked out of the theatre. She is very religious though and gets offended by content easily so I don't know if it was really that bad or if it just offended her. Would love some more opinions.

That was pretty much my thought process too.
I didn't think it was awful, but I didn't love it.
It dragged at points (the movie was nearly two full hours) and most of the story was pretty predictable, but there were some funny/sweet moments throughout.
If your friend walked out because she was offended by something, I'm guessing it was the sex scenes. There was some cursing here and there, but nothing overboard, and no real violence to speak of. There were a couple scenes involving hunting.
The sex scenes were so mild - there wasn't a boob to be seen in that movie! I loved it and thought it was a fun, enjoyable movie. It was a chick-flick - but the way that Bridesmaids was - where men can enjoy it and laugh a lot as well.
