Could use some of those nestie vibes
My mom took my dad into the ER on Sunday night for this cough he's had for about 4 weeks. Apparently he was in a lot of pain and asked her to take him which means it must be pretty bad (I originally assumed she forced him to go). Turns out he has pneumonia and an infection of the lining of his lungs. They didn't have any beds so he's been in the ER since Sunday night. They have him on morphine for pain management an he isn't allowed to go home until he can cough. Right now he's in too much pain to cough.
They did another chest X-ray today and now he has fluid in his lungs so they are putting in a chest tube. I'm really worried/scared. My mom says its "serious but not life threatening". They live on Vancouver Islamd so it's pretty much a plane ride to get there or 2 full days of driving. My mom said not to come because we wouldn't want to risk me or Mackenzie catching the pneumonia.
Anyways, we could use your vibes or prayers. Thanks ladies.

This...my dad had fluid on his lungs when he received all the blood and fluid when he went to the hospital. He had a tube and medicine. He's fine now.
