So, I apparently gibbled myself doing yardwork on the weekend (weeding).
My left hamstring is so tight/sore I'm limping. I've tried doing gentle stretches, low heat, light walking, painkillers...
Any suggestions for what else I can try? Or do I just have to let it rest until it's better? I'm toying with picking up a foam roller, but I've never used one before, so I'm not quite sure how I would use it...

Looks simple enough. I'll have to pick up a roller tomorrow.
Thanks!
In the meantime, I found some "icy/hot" sticky things DH had hanging around in the medicine cabinet. It seems to be helping in the short term, but I don't know how tomorrow morning will feel.
