  I use my regular old Swiffer mop on tile along with a dishcloth poked in the holes (I have a set of cloths dedicated to the Swiffer).  I've seen some people recommend steam cleaners, but when I went to BB&B for a Shark, the guy said they get lots of complaints about the things falling apart.  Once a season or so I use an Oxyclean solution and a grout brush to scrub the grout by hand.  The directions are on the back of the box of Oxyclean. 

  I don't have granite advice, but are you interested in making your own cleaning products, or are you interested in commercial cleaners only?  For my more regular cleaning I find the homemade kind are much cheaper and I believe a lot safer, but I know some people don't want to bother.

  Tile Mop I have some cheap mop from Target. It has a metal pole and washable microfiber pads. I bought a few extra pads. I use it to sweep, then change out the pad to mop.

  Tile cleaner - spray?solution? I use a vinegar and water solution. 1 part vinegar, 4 or 5 parts hot water. Works great and I can let my kid crawl around on the floor immediately after and not have to worry about chemicals.

  Granite Counter top cleaner I've got nothing. I don't have granite. Too much of a PITA for me.

  Bathroom cleaning solution I use Method or Mrs. Myers products but vinegar, water and baking soda will work just as well.

  The Vinegar and Water solution works great for me as well.
