L: egg salad on ww, pretzel chips, 4 baby dill pickles

D: ? maybe leftover turkey tacos

  • B: grilled pineapple in nonfat cottage cheese w/ sliced almonds; iced black coffee

    L: spinach salad w/ strawberries, nonfat feta, cucumber & garbanzo beans w/ balsamic dressing

    S2: plain tuna on rice thins

    D: probably Amy's organic 3 cheese pizza on cornmeal crust w/ a green side, possibly spinach again.

    Ex: I promised my dog I'd take her for a walk if it's not pouring outside. If it is, I'll go to the gym and do cardio for 30 mins.
