Wow...I feel bad for Myranda as her mom is a recovering drug addict and has other issues...Did anyone else notice about the swimming pool they were in and how dirty the water was too...YUCK!!!

I feel sorry for her too. I always feel sorry for these kids. They seldom have normal lives.

I am shocked they were able to clean their shack up so well. I would have ran at the bees. They must have gotten their MTV $$. Bc they managed to furnish it pretty nice and he only had $700 from the dollar store job.

I have to give her mom some respect for respecting her daughters decisions and staying back.
At least this couple has their stuff together and understand a little bit more than the others. They actually talked things out as a team and supported each other.
I hate when I see that. I can't buy a crib. Let me text on my iPhone to see if I cant get one cheaper. Womp womp. I didn't watch it yet, but did she have fake nails too? I get that fake nails are cool when you are that age, but don't sob about money if you can get nails done (Not saying she did, but I always look at their nails after they had the baby)
Seriously. Between the iPhones and weekly nail salon trips they drive me nuts! Did I hear it correctly when she said they were dating for 3 months before they got pregnant?
Yep. It sounds like they were living together at his grandma's house in that time frame too. O_o
I do not think you watched the new episode. This guy had a job she did not, he helped with the baby, he was also going to school. He even talked to her about things and how she felt about her mom.
They were emotionally lacking the support together because they are 17, not because he wanted nothing to do with helping out with the baby. I think they are just immature and don't know how to communicate properly yet. I think he was one of the best teen dads we've seen this season. I think they will end up being good parents, Myranda seemed to have a good head on her shoulders despite all she had to deal with (addicted mother, moving into that shack, dropping out of high school, etc).
I also cringed at the doctor's vocabulary choice and at that murky pool.
They said his family helped do the labor and gave them money to get new appliances, etc. so I think family really stepped up to get the shack in shape.
I can't believe she went to the batting cages when she was almost due.
I agree with her that her mom shouldn't be able to take care of the baby.
I wish Myranda didn't dye her hair, I liked it blonde!
