sexting for the long term relationship
my FI and i have been together for 5 1/2 years and have two children together, ... things have gotten a little stale and i would like to try to flirt with him when i'm at school/work but honestly everything just seems silly, he stays at home with our kids while i am at school and work and hates being 'climbed on' after a long day of involentary piggy back rides and toddler boogers
any suggestions?
Re: sexting for the long term relationship
This could be it. Also, I would be honest with him and let him know that you feel like your sex life has cooled down a bit, and come to a solution together. Strangers on the internet can only speculate, but your FI will be able to tell you what is really on his mind. Also, I think you are on the right track with adding some flirty text messages during the day- but what about setting aside one night a week for a date night? Get a baby sitter, get dressed up, reignite the spark.
I was going to suggest the same thing. Everyone needs a break from their daily routine - my H is a SAHD since his work is seasonal, and I make sure he has time for just him on the weekends when I am not working.
I would also suggest you plan a kid-free getaway, even if it is just having the grands take the kids for you and the two of you stay home.
