Does anyone have a Pilates DVD they would recommend?
I've done mat Pilates a few times and want to do more. Unfortunately, right now I can't seem to fit classes into my schedule (childcare, class schedules don't seem to coincide). I'd like to try it at home and see how committed I am on my own before I suck it up and pay for classes and additional childcare.
There are tons of dvds out there and I don't want to pick one randomly and have it suck.
Any recommendations? I'd like something fairly challenging. I'm in pretty good shape and just want to add a little more.
Re: Pilates DVDs
I took a mat pilates class for years. When I moved, I stuck to this DVD with some add-ons from what I learned in my classes. I think this is the best one I've tried.
