Weird Travel Insurance Question
Why will most insurers not cover terrorism related claims?
99.999% of people will never be a victim of terrorism, so to me it seems like covering it (and raking in premium $$$) while rarely ever having to pay out claims would make good financial sense to companies.
Just a weird thought that came to me while searching for travel insurance.
Re: Weird Travel Insurance Question
Www.squaremouth.com will let you search by terrorism coverage. It is covered on the higher level packages, so you pay more for it.
Cancer sucks.
I'm not sure why. I know that when I travel to certain locations for work we purchase additional war risk insurance and kidnapping insurance because ordinary policies don't cover claims related to those issues.
