Is there a sub for red wine (in cooking)?
I'm making this:
ONION JAM:2 large sweet onions, sliced1 cup dry red wine2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 teaspoons apricot preserves I only have white wine and I'm kinda broke and lazy (but I will go buy some if completely necessary).
