I just posted this on MM and I felt like spb NEEDED to see it.
MMAdvisor:
Okay, I will admit that I made a broad generalization of the various feminist movements. The main part that I was referring to (which I thought was obvious) was women entering the work force. Obviously I do not wish for women to be property, held captive, etc. In addition, I do not judge any women that would choose the opposite lifestyle that I prefer. Yay feminism. However, I do blame the workforce movement for making dual income families the norm, thus making it more difficult for women to choose to NOT to work outside the home.
I'm pretty sure you should actually blame Reagan for that. I can page swimbikepuke from P&CE if you'd like.
