s/o prom dresses, geek life and an AW for DH
I'll start with the email I just got from my home convention. I seriously doubt there will be any takers (winner to be announced this Saturday). I'll let you know:
Did you spot our super-sized balloon Voltron in the Dealer's Room during I-CON 31?
John Reid at Tricky Business brought
Voltron to life through the weekend, and now wants to help you win a
one-of-a-kind dress for prom. Channel your inner Gaga, no meat dress
needed!
To
win a hand crafted balloon dress perfect for prom, write a one page
essay on why YOU think you should be chosen for this once in a lifetime
prom memory. All entries should be sent to info@trickybiz.com with a subject of "Balloon Dress Giveaway" by Friday, May 4th.

No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
Re: s/o prom dresses, geek life and an AW for DH
And, DH's AW: He just got the word that he'll be hosting ArrowCast! Its a podcast produced by The DVM Podcast Empire based on the CW's series "Arrow" (as in Green Arrow) starting in the fall.
I seriously hope this show doesn't suck. I kinda wish they'd stuck with Justin Hartley.
This is cool! Can you edit out the business links and such please?
ETA: Wait, the balloon thing isn't your dh's business. NEVERMIND! ::walks away mumbling to self::
Uh, no....my dh does not have a side business making balloon ....anything. (gigglesnort). My sister has resorted to using balloon animals as a sped teacher though.
The podcast isn't a business either. Not ours, at least. The podcasts are free, I'm not selling anything. (I did consider that before I posted.) I can take out that link if you want.
Congrats to the hubby!
