What are your dream locations?
PCS wise? CONUS and OCONUS.
If you are reserve/guard affiliated, where would you prefer to reside?
I want to hear about locations other than Hawaii, people!

Unless it is on the Lake Michigan coast...then I would totally go back for that.
But I wouldn't touch that schweaty arm-pit you call a state to the South East border of Michigan. That is all.
Know what that state has that Michigan doesn't? Yuengling!
Really? Huh. I always thought we had to go into PA to get it, Joe's mom brought it back on her way home from VA.
That's all well and good but it doesn't have

We'd love to go oconus, Germany is likely, I'd love to go to Italy too. Um I'm saying Hawaii also.
Stateside, we'd be really happy back in San Antonio, or husband said by an ocean perhaps Florida.

At this moment? Anywhere besides here.
But I'd love to get Italy or the UK. We would also like to go somewhere back on the west coast even Hawaii would be nice.
UK or Germany would be spectacular.
DH put Alaska on his OCONUS request for a follow on.
Anywhere along the east coast would make me ridiculously happy.
Montana/Wyoming would likely be beautiful. Same with Utah. But I don't think I'd like to PCS there.
CONUS: Anywhere on the east coast or in CA
OCONUS: Anywhere at all.
Germany but that would require an aircraft change for H. soooo.... ENGLAND is out #1. Our families are gonna die if we get it but Honeybadger don't care.
As for Stateside, our #1 is FL -- however H did drop the bomb on me recently that he'd like to change aircraft after England to get us to Grand Forks, ND so we're close to home (MN). SHOOT ME NOW! I guess this is his way of making up for taking our imaginary kids from their grandparents .....

OCONUS: Anywhere in Europe. I know there are some supposedly crappier bases, but I don't care. I would be happy as long as I could travel.
CONUS: I would love to go to Montana, North Dakota, or South Dakota. I know it sounds crazy, but I'm from Maine and have lived in warmer climates for the last 12 years. I miss the seasons.
Anywhere on the CA coast, specifically Vandenberg area. Southeast coast, like FL, NC or SC. I'd love Hawaii too. I'm coming off a Montana winter, so there is a beach theme here.
Germany is our top OCONUS choice. Italy would be nice. Or England, so I could be closer to my half of the family that lives there. That would be cool.

CONUS: anywhere on the West Coast, CA for me, WA for H.
OCONUS: We have talked about Hawaii before and he might possibly put in for that for shore duty unless we decide to stay here in VA which we both don't mind, we really like it here too. The only other place that would work for him is Japan, and he was just there for over 3 years(and he definitely doesn't want to go back anymore!)
I don't know anymore. I don't care where we go as long as the unit is decent. I think that MAJORLY impacts how I view a location. Its put quite the damper on CO. So far things are looking much better for his new unit. They've been amazing and he's not even there yet.
M's getting out after this NC assignment (4 year assignment, 2 extended), I hope. That's the plan anyway.
After this overseas tour, closer to home. DH wants to recruit so with him doing that and us being so far away for so long, we would love to get that.
After that, California would be great. ( Mostly because I've never been. I feel as if I would love it, though)
Then maybe Hawaii. I would love to be in Europe some where at some point, too.
I wasn't a huge fan of the East Coast, but as long as there's Target, I'll be okay.
CONUS: IDK, I think that living on the West Coast would be amazing. Anywhere really other than the Deep South. I love you Southern Ladies, but not your area.
OCONUS: England would be wonderful.
I know you'll be where you are for a while but I have been keeping my fingers crossed for Travis for your next PCS
CONUS: McChord, but that's highly unlikely with H's job.
OCONUS: Presently, I can't think of anywhere OCONUS that I'd want to be for 3+ years, but if we happened to get orders, I know I'd find a way to be psyched about any location. I've never been to PACAF, so that could be exciting, and although we've already done a USAFE tour, there's tons of stuff I didn't get to see.
CONUS: Anywhere on the East Coast. Colorado also interests me.
OCONUS: Anywhere in Europe. Our families would hate it, but we would love, love, love it!
We leave next summer and I am already trying to block it out and pretend it's not going to happen.
