I think she needs a little makeover- darken the hair just a bit, get some good makeup, and pencil in some eyebrows.
Maybe she'd had some sort of facial work recently- like a chemical peel or something.
Is it just me or does Kathy Hilton look like she's in the beginning stages of slipping into Cat Woman?
