This adorable dog showed up at my house
When I came home, he was there just laying on the porch. No collar, so no tags to know who he belonged to. I live in a very rural area and I've never seen him around so I'm pretty sure someone just set him out for whatever stupid reason. Unfortunitly, this happens alot in my area. So unless someone comes looking for him or I hear that someone has lost a dog like him, I have a new pet.
I'm pretty sure he's a great pyrenees. I've owned one before so I know that he is going to get huge.

FLUFFY!!!!!!!
Oh my God. Love him!
We are going to that next week. I'd do it sooner but I'm going out of town tomorrow morning. If I had to guess, I would say he was abandoned. Most people around here don't microchip their pets. But I am going to check just to be on the safe side. If not (and no onw comes looking for him), he's all mine
What a lucky dog
Best of luck with this cutie!!
He is gorgeous! Years ago the same thing happened with my german shep, Duncan. He came wandering up to my driveway. Nobody claimed him and I even brought him to the humane society thinking his owners would claim him. He was neutered, potty trained, and a sweet angel. Nobody ever claimed him so when his hold was up at the Humane Society, I went back and got him! He was the BEST, most well behaved dog ever!!!!!!!
I'm glad that sweet fluff ball found you!
Oh! He's most certainly a Great Pyrenees (or a mix there of).
My SIL has one and he's hands down the sweetest, most mellow dog we've ever known. Hope things work out for you guys.

You don't live in central pa, do you??? This looks just like my dog (who is not missing, lol), who I got from a shelter after he was found just wandering around, and no one ever claimed him. If he's anything like my dog, you just got the most fabulous dog every

Definitely a great pyr! We adopted our pyr/golden mix from a rescue agency that brings dogs up the East Coast from down south. Our pup came from Tennessee, and our agency gets a LOT of pyr mixes from down there. Apparently they are a common stray breed. They are seriously the BEST dogs - so sweet and affectionate, as I'm sure you know since you said you've owned one in the past. Good luck!
Oh, and yes, he will probably be huge! Our dog is a female and mixed with a smaller breed (golden) and she is still 95lbs at a year old.
