Need hard case rec for (men's) sunglasses...
DH just got a pair of Ray-Ban aviators (long time finding something for his big head), and they gave him the Ray Ban semi-hard case (it's a flap over, so the flap is soft, but the back is harder) for it.
Since DH travels, he is looking for a sturdy hard case that isn't overly large (his sunglasses are pretty slim when it is folded). We looked briefly on Amazon, but they look pretty bulky. He's looking for something that's slimmer but will still protect his sunglasses well and without worry if he puts it in his luggage or work briefcase.

DH has Rayban Aviators, the only thing they fit in is the Rayban case or a larger hard case like this.
Anything smaller or thinner didn't work (we tried out all kinds).
