Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Any interest in a weekly weight check in?

No need to post your actual weight, but maybe something like: how many pounds you've lost towards your total, any challenges you're having, successes for the week, etc?

  • I'm interested. Trying to lose 12 lbs, would like to lose more after that, but 12 is my first goal.

    I've been up and down lately. If I can get to the gym, I do really well. If I don;t, after dinner is kind of a train wreck for me.
