B: small DD iced coffee w/ cream, wheaties & banana in skim milk

L: ?  getting my roots touched up during my lunch hour.  My last hair appointment until after the baby is born!!  I'll probably pick up a sandwich on my way to the salon.

S: non-fat yogurt, an apple

D: ?

E: setting up for my baby shower tomorrow, cleaning house, maybe an easy 2-3 mile run if I have time.

    E: Was planning on a run, but looks like it will be a rest day.  My throat is sore and my head is pounding.  :(

    S: Funky Cubes (this is a made up name by a guy in my office) They're these small cubes they sell at the local natural foods store. Basically pressed cubes of dates, sunflowers seeds, oats & dark chocolate.

    L: Turkey sandwich, kiwi

    S: Almonds

    D: No clue. My mom and Step dad are passing through town so we'll probably go out with them.
