DCA on a Friday night?

So, DH and I are flying out of Reagan National next Friday. The flight leaves at 6:15 PM and we're not checking anything. What time should we try to get there by? I was thinking of leaving my office by 4:00 or so. I'm near the King Street Metro, so the Metro ride shouldn't take too long, but I don't want to cut it close if security tends to be busier on a Friday night. Any suggestions, or does this sound like enough time?

That should be enough time assuming there's not a huge delay on metro (which is a total crapshoot these days)
Do you have your boarding passes already?
Friday nights can be busy with business travelers, but even on a busy night I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes at security.
OK, that was my thought. I've always flown out of DCA at random times, not traditionally busy ones like Friday night or Saturday morning.
