Maxi-dress to graduation?
My SIL is graduating from college in a few weeks. It's going to be outside and her BF who is also graduating with her wants to have lunch at a local diner afterward (that's a whole other story). Would a maxi-dress with a short-sleeved cardigan over it and a pair of flat sandals be dressy enough? Specifically, I am looking at this one from Target or I have one with tiers in green and brown from NY and CO a few years back. If not, I do have some more formal dresses I can wear but I want to be comfy!

~~~MARRIED BIO~~~
If I was doing that, I'd just wear sweats,lol. Seriously, this diner has the worst food ever but her BF is obsessed so that's where we're going. I got food poisoning one time from there so I'm not really a fan.
