If you use a polar f4

Do you consider it very accurate? I use it mostly to monitor my heart rate and I got distracted today with the calories burned. It seemed kind of excessive for my zumba class.

  • I do too.  I use mine mostly for running and spin.  I consider it very accrurate.  What would make you question it?  I assume you have a chest strap with it.

  • Yeah, it had the chest strap. It read 1200 for a one hour zumba class. I don't think I have ever checked out the calorie portion before. I've only used it for running.
