The Avengers (no spoilers)
I saw The Avengers today and I went in with extremely low expectations because I generally don't enjoy super hero movies, and I hadn't seen greater than half of the movies that combine to make this one. However, I was pleasantly surprised and rather enjoyed it!
Stay beyond the first set of flashy/animated credits to see the setup for a sequel, and stay beyond the scrolling credits for something that is both dumb and kind of hilarious.
Re: The Avengers (no spoilers)
My hubby and I went this morning to our theater's 10am show..I loved the movie myself...Such hunky guys aka Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and Hawkeye...MMM...Plus the Hulk was not so bad well in human form lol...I am definitely looking forward to seeing Captain America 2, Thor 2 and Iron Man 3...I have heard all of these are going to start filming or have...
Hubby and I only stayed for the first part after the credits..Yes, it looks like a set up for the second Avengers...Was the part after this worth staying..Seems like a lot of people left after the first bonus scene.
I was really surprised by how good it was. Joss Whedon is great with ensemble casts- he wrote & directed.
The first scene in the credits you should stay for. The scene at the very end of the credits is very short and kind of funny, but not necessary to stay for- the full credits are quite long.
