Help identifying a pattern--update with more clues

Ok, so I ran across these photos while looking for something else. Anyhow, I emailed the shop hoping they could id the pattern it was made from, but I also thought someone here might recognize it. They sell high end patterns (think Childrens Corner, etc.) so it is most likely something from those lines.
ETA: The shop responded and said it was a vintage McCalls pattern that a student had. Does anyone remember this one or have super google skills? It is the back that I love.

Simplicity 6948 looks pretty dead-on?
ETA: A few E-bay listings- there's a picture of the back of the envelope on the $17(!!!) one. Annoying that they were only 1-size per envelope back then, though- they seem to go up to size 3, at least.
I think it is the Simplicity one...everything about it looks the same. I bet the shop just mixed up the company names. Yes--I wish they had bigger size ranges in each package, but I think the 3 will work (I know it will for width and length is an easy alteration).
