Scraping the limes does suck.
Awesome work!! I tried the strawberry ones a couple weeks ago and kept poking holes in the bottom/sides of them so hope lime ones are easier.
I am making lime, orange and strawberry ones for my sister's party in July. I have seen the ones with lime rinds and watermelon flavored jello to look like watermelons so I might try those as well. Just depends on how much limes/oranges are that time of year and how much it sucks to scrap the rinds!
