This is actually me just wanting to talk about my dinner. Because it was crazy delicious.
French toast, made w/ cinnamon raisin swirl bread, dipped in eggs, pumpkin, vanilla and cinnamon.
Bacon.
Pineapple.
It was actually my 2nd pumpkin dish today, which makes me a little nervous. Both times I was pg, I craved it like crazy.
Re: So, WFD?
I'm feeling gross, so I managed to eat some plain perogies with gingerale.
Your dinner sounds good.
that sounds awesome. H hates breakfast for dinner, so we never do it.
we made skinny taste BLT wraps and oven fries (crinkle for H, sweet potato for me). it was different, but really good. and easy. which was key.
We had a big lunch out today so peanut butter and banana sammich for me.
Marry me.
I had taco salad and 2 beers
mmm. that sounds WONDERFUL, RN! I think you can make that for me when you MOVE NEAR ME SO VERY VERY SOON!
Funny, I had breakfast too. Blueberry pancakes and chicken sausage (apple/gouda chicken sausage from costco).
Yum. I love love love pancakes.
I'd be happy to, but I promise it sounds way more fancy than it is. 1/4 cup pumpkin, 3 eggs, dump in some vanilla extract and cinnamon. mix. dip the bread. Walla.
Although, you could take it to the next level by getting the bread from a specialty baker (instead of Aldi, like I used!), and top it w/ some brown sugar and real maple syrup. hmmm.....
And I need to email you w/ details of the move. I think we have a date, and we definitely have a house. Phone number is the same, since we never changed it when we moved down here.
That sounds awesome!
I had these:
They're awesome and I love them.
Too lazy to cook tonight so we picked up a meatball pizza.
Grilled chicken, Portuguese rice salad, strawberry spinach salad, and caprese pasta salad
I love bbq weather, and bbq food!
That sounds yummy! I love pumpkin.
We BBQ lemon pepper chicken breasts, onions and marinated skewered mushrooms and I oven roasted lemon asparagus. It was good.
lol, still sounds like more effort than I've been making lately. Pancakes were a rather big effort.
And delicious!
Looking forward to the email and to your move! hip hip hooray!
Tonight marks the start of longer summer weekends for us. Dh is at work more hours again. I'm glad he's home closer to midnight tonight, not a 4am night but those start soon. So weird I can't work the hours like I used to since we have a kid to take care of!
Miso soup
Broiled mackerel
Sashimi (tuna, albacore)
Tonkatsu
Tempura
I can state, with zero hesitation, that the leftover version of today's breakfast is far superior to its original form.
It's like biscuits and gravy on steroids.
