Hello, I am new to this board and have a question for those selling their house on their own, or if you are a real estate expert please chime in.
We had to relocate two years ago and leased the house to a wonderful family. Our tenant have expressed that they are interested in buying the house from us. How hard is to go through the process without an agent? So far we have asked them to get qualified for a mortgage. We feel there would be a great money saving advantage if we can avoid having an agent, there is really no need to market, have an open house, stage, ..
This is the first time for us selling a house. Any books/blogs you recommend that we read.
