Feminine summer dresses or skirts that hit just below the knee
I am having a hard time finding any dresses or skirts that are just below the knee. Everything I find is either way too expensive ($300-400) or too short. I am on the shorter side (about 5'2") but no matter where I have looked, I can't find anything. I would like to stay under $100 or just there about. I love the look of this one (which would probably be an inch or two below my knee, but I could handle that), but it is more than I would like to spend and I would like some color (pinks, purples, blues). Washable would be a nice bonus also. Any suggestions (I don't live near any malls or shopping so online is a must)?
Also here are some styles I love (but are too short and way out of budget, but I love Nanette Lepore's designs!) to give you an idea of some of what I like.

Check out JCrew.com They have some cute cotton dresses and are usually around 60-90 each if I remember correctly.
And if you wait until the weekend and go to their factory website they have some as well. I think the factory website is only available on weekends so keep that in mind. They have what they call a beach dress I think and often they are strapless but look cute with a light cardigan.
Asos has a lot of pretty midi dresses:

I love Christopher Banks.
Check out this site. Their dresses are cut more modestly:

Lands Ends dresses are cut longer.

I looked and found a lot of things. How is the quality? These are some of the front runners that I really like.
I will take a look. Thanks for the suggestion!
