Cancun or Punta Cana?

I went to Cancun years ago in March, but never have been to Punta Cana. Do you think it'll be good weather in Sept-Dec? This is when we think we'd be able to go...

    We went to Cancun in Nov., right after Thanksgiving. Weather was simply perfect.  It rained once, the night we got there.  And it was an added bonus that both DH and I already had paid holiday time at work.  Of course, weather is so unpredictable.  I'd probably avoid traveling there in Sept, since that is peak of hurricane season.

    Good to know! We are thinking of going at the beginning of December- I hope the weather will be good!

    I've been to Riveria Maya twice in Oct and both times it was sunny and 90s with no rain.  I'd just get trip insurance that includes weather in case there is bad weather

    i'm there for a week or 2 the beginning of every december. weather's great then.
    Friday, December 28 2012. The day I had emergency appendix surgery in Mexico and quit smoking. Proof that everything has a good side!! DH and I are happily child-free!! No due date or toddler tickers here!! my read shelf:
