PSA...Best Foundation Brush EVER

This brush was recommended by Tiffany D in one of her videos and I decided to try it.  I LOVE it so I thought I'd share since we've had a few posts on what to apply foundation with lately.  It's the Sigma F84 Angled Kabuki.  It's 1000X better than the flat "traditional" foundation brushes because the head is bigger.  I can get my makeup buffed in so much faster and I use less, plus it's not streaky.  It's also not that expensive.  Hope that it helps someone.  (This line also has a flat, rounded and tapered out of the same material but I've only tried the angled.)

  • I love it too.  I started using that one a few weeks ago and it rocks!

  • You can use this for any kind of foundation? Liquid, powder?
  • I bought a few Sigma brushes about a month or so ago after hearing Tiffany D recommend them so many times. Honestly, I've been really disappointed. They shed like crazy and when I wash them the dye leaks out of them.

This is the set I bought:

The F30 and the F50 have been the worst offenders of shedding/dye leakage. The other ones have been ok so far. Let us know how the F84 holds up...I'm still looking for a perfect foundation brush!

  • I picked up the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush at Ulta a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it for liquid foundation (I imagine it would be good with powders too). I think it's a little cheaper than the Sigma, and really good quality for the money.

  • You can definately use it for liquid..I've not tried it for powder.  I've also not had a problem with this one shedding or anything.  I have two and I've had them since December.  They are practically brand-new after daily use and weekly cleanings.
  • I agree. I use the F82 (the rounded kabuki) for my powder foundation and sometimes the F84 for blush (powder or cream). It's really changed how my foundation looks and I think it maximizes the product.
