Good lord, Theresa is nuts! I love Rosie. How the heck did she get stuck babysitting all of the kids? That was pretty funny thought!

I love Rosie too. They seem to be showing a decent amount of her, hopefully she will be cast next season. I somewhat doubt it though because she does not fit the stereotypical housewife persona.
I actually am sort of siding with Theresa in this episode. She was being ridiculous at the end fighting with Melissa, but it seemed to me that Jacqueline set her up to start the fight.
theresa is nuts and in such denial. jacqueline is obviously so tired of putting up w/ her. but, i don't think she realizes that theresa will never, ever be able to work things out w/ melissa and that theresa will never be able to have a rational conversation regarding the things she says to/about people.
i was completely horrified when milania was hanging from the closet bar and gia yelled at her to get down. it sounded exactly like her dad, it was so creepy and awful to hear. kids really do mimic and mirror their parents behavior.
melissa has awesome legs.
Seems like Jacqueline is tired of Theresa and the drama. She just does not know how to end the friendship. She wants to be friends with everyone, but sometimes it doesn't work like that.
And yes, it was sad to see how Gia (that's the oldest name, rite?) "spoke" to her sister. She's like a mini Joe in that scene.
Is it just me or is Caroline sort of hard on Lauren about her weight? I felt so bad for Lauren when they were having dinner and they all seemed to be ganging up on her. I used to really love Caroline but this season I'm put off by her. I'm really starting to love Kathy. I think shes so classy and a great mother.
I'm having a really hard time watching this season because of Teresa and Joe Guidice. I think they are ridiculous. Joe is awful and miserable and Teresa is so self absorbed she doesnt see what a jerk she is.
Yes, get over it already. Didn't she say she lost 5 pounds and fit into an 8? 8 is fat?!?! Her family was quite rude about it. My feelings would have been hurt. When they said that about their kids flapping their arms and being out of breath, I would have just left after I told them to all eff off. I think Caroline said she was "perfect but overweight"? doesn't seem like she has ever put much effort into losing weight. Kind of like getting really rich, no one is just going to hand it to you.
When they showed the Gia/Milania thing on WWHL, you could hear an adult saying "Gia, get her" or something like that. I missed it the first time and thought the same thing as you. Milania is such a brat, I'd probably yell at her like that too if she was my sister.
I am really turned off by Caroline this season and her comments to Lauren were so rude.
I honestly feel like this season is going to be like the last season of RHONY. Such a turnoff to see grown women acting like idiots every.single.episode. I can't even imagine how much screaming is going to go on at the reunion.
The argument between Melissa and Theresa made my head hurt!

I don't believe that she fit into a size 8 either. I would say Caroline or Jacqueline would be a size 8 before I said Lauren. But I don't think Lauren looks bad. She looked really good at the solstice party in the all white.
It was really disgusting how they were treating her.
I hate the way Carolina approaches Lauren's weight problem. As a mother, she should be ashamed of herself.
I think Lauren is using food as an emotional crutch for low self esteem and insecurity. She has been complaining about how she doesn't stack up to either of her brothers since the show started, and I think part of those feelings are actually coming from her mom.
If they want Lauren to feel good about herself and/or lose weight, which I don't think she needs to do, I think she needs to not be on the show. She looks perfectly fine but I think the image issues come from being in tv.
I also said this about Ashley, thought that was a clearly worse situation. Personally I think that most of her attitude came from thinking she was a tv star or personality because she was on a tv show.
I told DH she sounded like one of the mean, older kids on Annie! I wonder how long it's going to take before we see Gia on another casting call.
Rosie is the true star of this show, I think she is awesome.
Teresa is just all kinds of stupid. I wonder who would win in a physical fight between Teresa and Melissa. I think Teresa.

Teresa and Melissa's fight was so ridiculous. I get that you don't want your SIL telling your DH that you would leave him for a guy with more $, but if my SIL said that to my DH, he would tell her to STFU. Teresa is obv. putting her insecurities onto her brother's marraige. She is so jealous.....THEN AGAIN, I get a "feeling" about Melissa, like there is more to her than the show lets on.....
Rosie is funny and all, but seems like she tries to play it up for the cameras....pulling Teresa aside at the solstice party? Uh, ok....
Caroline should look in a mirror before saying ANYTHING about her daughter. She needs to get over her sons too-they aren't all that!
Jacqueline did seem like she was baiting Teresa for her fight with Melissa. Jacqueline seems like she acts like "the best friend" and "I want what's best for you".....it seems fake, like "I'm the nice girl".
I agree with a PP about how much can we take? I mean, I get there has to be drama, but this all seems forced and contrived and if it's not then it's just sad.
Am I the only one who doesn't care for Kathy? I find her and Rich very annoying. Also this is shallow but they're weird looking.
My money is on Teresa too.

Speaking of caroline and her comments about lauren. Did anyone else catch her comment saying her sons are handsome and good looking. Not for nothing caroline, they are OK looking but what the hell was that about? They are attractive to girls because you guys have money and are on TV. to say they are handsome then knock Lauren because of her weight is just sily- hey I remember the first season when caroline and her husband were fatter.
Like I said in a pp, her sons aren't all that. At all. Id they get girls, it's bc of TV/money.
The Teresa-Melissa fight was ridiculous. I do agree that Joey needs to man-up and tell his sister to butt out of his marriage, but I also agree with Melissa telling Teresa the same. T's comments weren't out of valid concern for her brother, and pretending that that's all it was is asinine. Her temper tantrum because Melissa used the word jail to refer to Joe, when there were NO kids around, was also out of line. That's when she stomped off and had a fit. Sorry, but we all know he didn't "go away" on an effing vacation. I get trying to shield your kids from it, but again, they weren't there.
But despite agreeing with Melissa and thinking T is a crazybitchwhore, the fight should've stopped long before it did. Either one of them could've matured for five minutes and put a stop to it, even if they couldn't agree or resolve anything. Melissa and Joey need to make a decision to just stop trying. Continue a civil relationship for the sake of the kids, but quit expecting Joe and Teresa to change - it isn't going to happen.
The way Caroline handles Lauren's weight concerns makes me want to cry. I've been fat my entire life, so I can relate to how Lauren feels, and I am so grateful that my mother's never made me feel the way that Caroline seems to contribute to making Lauren feel. The fact that they were making fun of Vinny and Lauren's hypothetical children was disgusting. Children behave that way and we admonish them for being mean, but as adults, they were laughing together, and that's just disappointing and terribly wrong. It's cruel.
I totally agree. I was taken aback by the whole family making comments and thinking it was all hysterical. Total WTF moment.

Rosie...ahhh what a treat she is--doesn't care what anyone thinks about her and says it like it is; love that. I loved Kathy's comment about the random girl at the party "Rosie has little tolerance for airheads."
Lesson learned if I'm ever in NJ around crazy Italians like Teresa: do not ever say 'went to jail'. Proper: 'went away'. She seriously lost her mind at the J word.
So sad for Lauren. She seems to have no one supporting her; even Vinny just sat there not saying anything (at least from what the cameras showed).
Kathy is growing on me and Rich is weird looking. I can't stand to look st him sometimes. I don't know what it is, he gives of a sleazy vibe.
