it's called sweets to the sweet by Lynderella but I can;t find it to purchase.

apparently lynderella is a one woman show. she rarely has enough stock to sell. i read that you can stalk her blog and she will post when she is selling stuff.
as for the colour you mentioned, i can't find it anywhere, even ebay.
also, no offense, but the polish is really....uh, not good. please reconsider.

I thought the same thing and then I wondered how they keep the white polish from sticking to the glitter?
If I put glitter in white polish I'd end up with white glitter.
