Home Warranty
Hello,
My fiance and I will be closing on our first home this Friday! We negotiated into our contract that the seller's would reimburse us for a one year home warranty, so before Friday we have to have purchased a home warranty policy. Does anyone have any recommendations for companies that they have used? We have google searched but aren't sure which companies are legitimate and offer good service. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Try asking your agent for recommendations. They usually know which ones are good in your area and which they hear a lot of complaints about.
