@ shopping....eclaires and nitaw?
are you girls around?
anyone else interested in baby clothes shopping? I haven't bought a single piece of clothing yet and thought it might be nice to buy a going home outfit. One for a girl and one for a boy, maybe?

I have like 4 different outfits packed
My mom was all "you need two outfits bc he'll poop all over the first one." So I have two in NB size and 2 in 0 - 3 months. The two in NB size aren't anything special bc I have a feeling they won't fit.
The other two are cute! One is a little footie pajama thing with ducks all over it and ducks on the butt, haha, and it has a duck onesie with duck pants that match and a duck hat (the footie pajamas arent' appropriate) and the other one is a onesie with sailboats and then little striped pants and a sailboat sweater. I'm trying to bring layers bc the weather around here has been erratic lately. I should probably recheck the bag and make sure everything is there since I packed it 6 weeks ago (since my SIL said "you dont want to be like me and be leaking amniotic fluid as you throw things into a bag!" since she had her first at 34 weeks and all I've been hearing from my mother for the past 6 months is that I won't make it until May, this baby was coming early.)
Ok, so clearly this is not about Baby Bee, but O.M.G - Nae has to rock this ...
And for Miss T. Yep. I can see where I'm getting the girls 4th Gear ...
My girls ADORE dogs. They get that from their mom. Now, I just need to find the pug an Americana bandanna.
I thought the same thing and jeezus look what they have:
We get our dogs' bandannas from Amazon for super cheap. They have quite the collection, I can't lie.
Awesomeness. This will make for great pictures!
It wouldn't hurt to have a couple of preemie outfits...both my girls wore preemie for awhile (Marisa for 2-3 weeks, and she was almost 7 lbs at birth, Natalie for a lot longer).

Scarlett wore Luna Luna Copenhagen home and it was just super soft and sweet. I do most of my boutique shopping at Little Luna Blue, which sbp linked. Anna who owns the place is fantastic to work with and has great customer service. Anyway, Luna Luna knit stuff runs super small and a size 3-6m fit 7.5lb Scarlett for her coming home outfit. I also like the J&J signature layette for girls.
For little boys I am a sucker for mini-Boden, J&J and baby Gap. Jackson's coming home outfit was from J&J's signature layette.
Oh and both of my kids were born in the fall so I packed one cooler weather outfit and one warmer weather outfit.
I'm guessing that isn't a concern for 4th of July weekend, lol!
Whatever you do, you should get a baby hat for them to wear home! Who cares if it's the middle of summer?
Perhaps a fox?
Or maybe a rainbow hat?
This is the hat Scarlett wore home.
Do you have a Three Dog Bakery near you? I've only been to one in Kansas City and one in Sedona but they have really cute dog stuff. (and yes, we may bring home souveneirs from trips for our dogs.) And we also let our golden pick out which bandanna he wants to wear week to week.

lol! dogs wearing bandanas are cute. its ok.
