Wife & Mother Of Adam Mayes Arrested; Admit Role In Kidnapping

(Hardeman County, TN) The mother and the wife of Adam Mayes are both in custody ay this hour.
Mayes? wife Teresa and his mother Mary both face four charges.
Teresa Mayes is charged with four counts of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping.
Mary Mayes is charged with four counts of Conspiracy To Commit Especially Aggravated Kidnapping.
According to an affidavit, Teresa Mayes admitted to helping drive Jo Ann Bain and her daughters to Union County, MS and helping to ?confine? the family.
Both women also said they saw Adam Mayes digging a hole on April 27, the same day the Bain family was last seen.
One of those charges is kidnapping.
Yesterday, the FBI confirmed the bodies of Jo Ann Bain and her 14-year-old daughter had been found in shallow graves at the Mayes home Friday.
Bond for Teresa Mayes is set at $500,000 and for Mary Mayes was set at $300,000.

Not yet. My thought is that the mom and the 14 yr old tried to fight back and he killed them.
