I finally closed!!!
Hey Guys,
Just an update. I finally closed on my house yesterday. It was delayed twice but only ended up being a week late. I went to closing and the closing Realtor gave me a cake with an image of the house on it and Welcome Home! written on it. The signing took about 2 hours. Overall, It was a very pleasant easy transaction.
