Good Morning

Morning!

How was everyone's evening and whats up for tonight?

Mine was good, got a lot done, and hit the sac early.  Tonight, much of the same, maybe watch a movie.

 Have a great day ladies!

Re: Good Morning

  • Good morning!

Today is a good day. I woke up made blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Today is Dh's birthday and his first day at his new job. We are back from our weekend in Puerto Rico which was a lot of fun.

Tonight is a birthday dinner at a seafood restaurant. One thing we did not have luck finding on the island. :)

  • Good Morning!

Last night was good baseball got canceled because of the rain. My grandmother made us a breakfast dinner it was delish! nothing like homemade pancakes on a rainy day! I watched about 5 shows on my DVR. I am getting caught up.

Tonight should be an easy night to. Dinner is cooking in the crockpot I love coming home to a good smelling house!

  • Good morning!

After a really sucky day at work yesterday I went home and bawled my eyes out to DH and told him how unhappy I am at my job. I felt better after talking things through with him. After that I got in a 40 min workout on the treadmill and made some soup for dinner.

Today I'm working until 11 then I'm heading downtown with a bunch of the ladies I work with to a luncheon for a charity one of our partners is very active in supporting. Unfortunately after the luncheon I have to come back to work, dang it!

Tonight I'm planning on getting in a good workout, having a nice dinner with DH, reading a few chapters of my book, and getting to bed early.

  • Eva, glad you had fun in Puerto Rico. And congrats and happy birthday to your H!

Morning, all. Last night was nice--Josh and I were texting each other on the way home only to realize we were on the same train. :) Once we got home, Josh started dinner while I called my family. Josh's brother ended up calling later on, so I read while they chatted.

Today's been quiet so far. I'm meeting Josh for a lunch date, that should be fun. Tonight we're aiming for the gym and another quiet night.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning.  I was super late this morning with no good excuse.  My general tardiness was compounded by train issues.

Let's see, tonight begins the first round of Jim giving me shots in my azz.  We are doing the mock medicated cycle to see how I respond to the estrogen, so hopefully we will be able to do one cycle of IVF with donor eggs in July.

They are paving our condo complex lot, which means that we are playing musical chairs with the cars.  We took mine to the shop to do the timing belt, so that we don't have to think about that one.  The lot is full to capacity most of the time, so it's a challenge with having large sections of it closed off for paving.

I have a telephone screening interview this afternoon for a Sr. Accountant position.  The ad didn't list the salary range (which I hate) so I hope we can start off with that and not waste each other's time.

  • Good luck, reba! My sister went in for her 1st IVF appointment yesterday. I haven't talked to her yet to find out how things went. I'm anxiously awaiting that call.

Today has been crazy. I went to a seminar this morning. Then when I got in to work we were celebrating one of our student employees upcoming graduation. I'm just now sitting down at my desk and it's lunch time in an hour. I guess I can't complain though. I'm exhausted and feel like I'm starting to catch a cold, so the faster that I can get through the work day, the better.

  • Good luck with both the mock cycle and the interview, Reba!

  • Good morning!

I went to bed with a migraine and now this morning I'm nauseated and just feeling like utter crap. Edmund woke up at 1 and wouldn't go back to sleep unless he was on someone so DH got up and went and slept on the couch with him. Surgeries always mess up our schedule with him. We are slowly trying to get him back on one and some nights it works but some nights it doesn't. It also doesn't help that he is teething and he can't chew on the things he wants to to relieve the pain because of the stitches.

I'm hoping that the day gets better. As long as it stays nice we will probably go for a walk.
