Back from Key West!
...and I am pooped! Currently just chilling on the couch and watching some random tv while H makes a really fancy frozen pizza dinner. Why is it that vacation always makes you so tired??
Key West was really cool - reminded me a lot of NOLA, but with a beachy vibe. My only complaint was that pretty much every place is open air so they're all smoking okay places and with all the cigars sold there it smells so strong. We didn't really hang out many places at night because the crowds would smoke me out pretty quickly. Even non pg it bugs me to be eating and getting smoked out.
Overall though, lots of fun. I don't think it would be a great place to take kids on vacation, but on a girls trip or couples trip it would be awesome. I hate that I missed out on all the night life there!

Sounds like a fun trip! I have always wanted to visit there...good to know that it's not a all that family-friendly though.
The smoking thing bugs me too, but it bugged me even worse when I was pregnant. We went to NYC when I was 5 weeks along and everyone there was smoking on the street. I was so paranoid about that the whole time (I was paranoid my entire pg though! lol).
Welcome back! I've never been to Key West, but I'd like to go at some point.
I feel you on the smoke. We just got back from Jamaica on Saturday. I think I dodged every type of smoke while we were there. lol

I love KW. Seriously, to make the dog feel better about moving home, I tell her about the road trip we'll take to KW after we visit with "Grandma and Grandpa". Officially creepy, I admit it. But I love Key West and she loves road trips
