New to the nest

I am new here, just came over from the knot. I am newly married (4/7/12) and my husband and I just signed the paperwork to buy our first home. We are super excited!

We are getting a house built. We are getting a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. It's about 1600 sq ft. We are super excited! We get to pick all of the details and since it's kind of out of city limits we are getting it for a great price. It's a DR Horton home.
