Sea Breeze
Does anyone still use this? I'm trying to cut costs on certain beauty items and I came across this and remember loving it when I was younger. I know a toner really isn't necessary but I 'need' to have one.

No, my mom does though. I use Target's Up Alcohol Free Toner, the Neutrogena knock-off.

Just an FYI about Witch Hazel, if you have roscea or related issues you should avoid it as it makes things worse.
