weee!! write a cover letter! it works!
after being let down with the impossible counter offer on the first house we loved, we finally found another that we fell in love with. we made our offer during negotiations with another potential buyer, so the seller had us both give our best offers. my girlfriends suggested attaching a picture of our family and writing a letter to submit with our offer and IT WORKED! apparently our offers were almost identical but the letter sold them!
YAYFREAKINGYAY! i am praying inspection goes smoothly and we get to close at the end of June like we hope!
