I'm lying in bed and my everything feels sore. My heels from all the walking I did today, my hands for some unknown reason, my arms from the weights I did today and I have a headache. I didn't give any hj's so I'm not sure why my hands feel sore. I'm proud of the exercise I did today. I realize how much strength I had when I worked out regularly and I definitely feel motivated now to be fit again. AND my c-section incision doesn't hurt anymore!!! Sometimes it feels weird, but not painful. I can't wait to get back to regular yoga classes.
Re: s/o pain
I bet you'll sleep well, though!
I remember when ages ago and I used to dance/exercise regularly, I'd always sleep so well after a good workout - no matter how much my body hurt!
