Karen needs to wake up and grow up. She has got to get more assertive about advancing her career.
the ending to the show was AWFUL but I laughed so hard when no one clapped, hehe.
Uma is terrible, I am glad even she realized it and stepped aside.
Ellis SO TOTALLY poisoned her smoothie with the peanuts, and I have a feeling he is going to be found out and that's why he'll be fired, although that is certainly not the last we'll see of him I'm sure.

Ivy... she even feels terrible.. its like she has a soul, but then she gets over taken by evil temporarily and feels badly after. haha
Ellis I hate him. ANd yes, he did totally poison that smoothie.
I agree, Karen needs to be more assertive, especially professionally, and as a result I feel like it won't be her that get Marilyn
oh and can we discuss what Derek said to Ivy about how Rebecca "needed his attention"?? lol! So he expected her to just be cool because they are both "professionals" and surely she should understand his methods, lol

Can someone give me a rundown of the last 10-15 minutes. For some reason my DVR cut it off.
Last thing I saw was everyone at the bar wanting shots. Then commercial. Then nothing
I was so pissed at Julia. She is like TOM! You ruined my family by allowing the only person who knew the show to fill in at the absolute last minute!!!!!! Um no, Julia, you ruined your family when you slept with him. It isn't really like Tom had a choice there. She drives me bananas.
And I know we are supposed to root for Karen, but I just can't. Ivy is better.
I think Nick ask Ellis to do it after Ellis left the bar and he went to make sure he got home ok(?).

I love the theory that Nick may be behind the poisoning. It would definitely make things a lot more interesting than Ellis always being behind things.
I can't STAND Ellis. I'm not a huge fan of his, although I'm hoping they give him more depth than just the weasle.
Where is the ring? Is Ivy hiding it?
I sort of thougth that maybe Rebecca did it herself for a minute to get out of doing the show... but Ellis is probably the real culprit and I hope he gets fired.
I LOVED getting to see the show a little. The dance numbers are great. But the ending was a little awkward and I'm excited to see what Juila comes up with.
