FINALLY closed!
We have finally closed on the sale of our home! Selling was a mess - we went under contract once and buyers backed out because they got cold feet then our HOA entered a lawsuit with the developer making it nearly impossible to sell but finally we closed! I am so relieved but also a little sad since it was the first place we owned together but can't wait for our new build to be ready in August! In the meantime we are living in a 600 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment which is very tight with a baby, a dog, and 2 cats... only 3 more months... it can't come fast enough. I hope the buying side will go smoother than the selling side.
