she is going to be 3 and when sis goes to hospital to have new kid, i'm in charge of peanut. I need fun and educational things to do with her. Thanks!

We'll be in NJ and sis is due in the next week or so! we are going to work on having Peanut go to sleep with me, gma is still in town to help during the day and mom and i will alternate days off.
I need things gma can do with her to keep her busy in house or back yard. yesterday gma spent 2 hours pushing her around in a box (using a mop) and the two of them pretending peanut was driving.

Maybe she could help with cooking/baking something, art projects, building a fort out of old boxes and blankets....
get a plastic tablecloth - it's super cheap and easy to clean up after crafts - ie - fold everything up in it and toss
playdoh and finger paints rock, and can be indoors or out.
