I was thinking about starting a series on my cooking blog on how to make convenience foods at home. Stuff like Philly Cooking Creme, Kraft Fresh Take or cake mix.
Would you be interested in something like that, or would you rather just buy the stuff? If it does interest you, what kind of stuff would you want to see?
Re: Opinion question
It's funny that you posted this. I just got on to post a message to you telling you how much I love your blog. I' subscribed to it forever ago and I love getting your updates in my email. It's like food porn! I love it. The recipes you post are always awesome and I try to make them when ever I can. (the only thing I don't make is pork, just cuz not a fan) your blog is really great and I just wante to let you know that.
I like the idea of the series on your blog. If I have the time I'd rather make it from scratch, sometimes it's nice to just buy it but thata not always the healthiest option. I can't think of anything in particular right now but think its a good idea!

I would totally be into that. I love those convenience foods, but I try to limit them, because I don't like overly processed stuff. I always have a nagging sense of guilt when I choose that over a homemade marinade, etc. I'd love to see that and a really good taco seasoning recipe.
And then I will pin every thing you post
