Sorry your wing place closed, Hayley! And my trip to Columbus got cancelled, too. Sad times.
i'll just have to talk DH into a trip to ATL/etc soon
the suckiest part of the restaurant closing is that the food was so good, the people running it just clearly had never started a restaurant from the ground up. i think they expected to open the doors and be a huge success right away. and that doesn't happen. so instead of being prepared for some slow times in the first year....they spent the last month or 2 floundering.
at least i know the secret to their delicious fries!

A lot of restaurants have failed in our town for the same reason. It sucks to see good places go down because the people weren't prepared for the reality of the food and bev business!
And now I need to know the secret to their delicious fries!
they were double-fried hand-cut fries, which is pretty standard...then the seasoning was this
plus some sugar and paprika mixed in. OMGGGGGG SO GOOOOOD.
